Coffee is very nice but the delivery is sporadic and the website repeatedly goes wrong leaving you without coffee. Would be worth it if they fix the technical issues.

Excellent service

Really like Pact coffee, had a bit of a delivery issue recently which meant my ASAP pack turned up with the scheduled delivery, however, customer service really good. When I reported the issue I got to speak to an actual person (rare these days) and I got a huge apology. To be fair the problem was with Royal Mail, which should be relied upon to do a better job, not actually Pact’s fault. So, on balance would recommend as Pact make a great cup of coffee!

the coffee is nice but after it as been though the filter it is not as hot as it could be,so goes cold fast.

I absolutely LOVE the coffee - it genuinely is superb but it’s just so expensive sadly.
£9+ for a bag of coffee is just toonmcuh in my opinion, and whilst still cheaper than buying a coffee on the go, it’s just too much for me to justify in these uncertain times!
I’ll sadly have to go back to supermarket ground coffee.

Received my first subscription order. It tastes delicious would definitely recommend. Great communication, first class post and a fair price. I’ll happily stay subscribed for a long time

Always fresh, top quality and tasty. Keep a good selection of coffee that changes regularly and Delivery is rapid so not long to wait when I do find something I want to try! One of my favourite coffee companies!

The coffee subscription service is great. It is so flexible and simple, and the coffee tastes great. This is how subscription services should operate. And how coffee should taste!

Gift vouchers are only valid for Pact’s subscription service.

Appreciate it’s part of the voucher t&cs, and customers can cancel the subscription any time, but leveraging gift vouchers to secure long term customers leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. And not the sweet bitter taste of coffee.

Suggest you change your policy so that gift vouchers can be used to make stand alone purchases.

So far I've had two bags delivered, they arrive within a few days of dispatch and are well packaged. The coffee is very nice, the flavors are present but not overpowering.

They didn't have the coffee I chose so sent me a different one. And when it arrived I queried this and they explained.

So I ordered another one of thir coffees and it was perfect. I don't drink it that ofter but am going to share the other bag with friends and see what they think. I just think it's lovely and once every couple of months I'll treat myself to a bag of coffee, supporting small batches by real people, paid a fair amount!

Great customer service, quick delivery, really good about n pi t forcing you to join up. If you want to enjoy speradically they are happy!
